How I live my life, is like an experiment! A conversation with Stacy Hart!

" Take your work seriously , not yourself" - Booth Tarkington

Everyone wants to be authentic. You want to be true to yourself, not a slavish follower of social expectations. You want to “live your best life,” pursuing your particular desires, rather than falling in line with whatever everyone else thinks happiness requires. Studies have even shown that feelings of authenticity can go hand in hand with numerous psychological and social benefits: higher self-esteem, greater well-being, better romantic relationships and enhanced work performance.

Very few of us feel comfortable being our authentic self because we don’t see ourselves as remarkable.

We don’t realize that our authenticity is the one thing (more than anything) that makes us unique.

You can visit any city in the world and it won’t take long before you realize what makes that place stand out. Maybe it's the food, the culture, some historic landmark, or something else, but there is always something that captures our senses and leaves an impression. This got me thinking. What is it about the world’s cities that makes them stand out and about the people we interact with that makes them blend in?

After studying this question for a while, I realized the difference. Cities make no effort to be like anywhere else; each one embodies its own identity and uniqueness. While people, on the other hand, typically do not do this. People usually conform to those around them.

My guest today, shows up as her self and is head cheerleader for you too!

On today’s episode, I sat down with Stacy Hart is a Social Media Strategist and Content Creator, a serial realist who accepts the ugliest of truths over lies. Lies and inauthentic interactions bore her. She is showing up as her authentic, raw and honest self, which I must be honest drew me to her in the first place. If you have seen her videos on Instagram, you can agree with me that she calls out the fake and calls a spade a spade.

We learn all about what she does to help online service providers drive sales and increase visibility. Tracy is an all-star, her social media expertise and ability to leverage video is something we all need right now. If you are feeling stuck when it comes to sales, it may be time for a change. Let Tracy walk you through how to optimize video for maximum visibility & showing up as your most authentic self! If you truly want to be remarkable you must first learn how to be yourself; this means living authentically with a deep sense of who you are and what you have to offer.

I hope you feel challenged, inspired and empowered as much as I did.

1. You want your business to be profitable and make money. You don't want an expensive hobby. 2. This is your time. How badly do you really want this? Be committed to getting resourceful and figuring this out. 4. Anyone can be successful right now but you have to adapt. It’s time to change the game. Stop complaining about what you don't have or what you used to sell. What do people need, what can you provide and what can you do now? 5. There's no room for your ego to stay and for your bank account to be where you want it to be. You have to be okay with the numbers. They mean nothing. 6. Don't focus on the areas where you think you’re not enough. Focus on what you can do for someone else.
